All rates are inclusive of sales and touriest tax of 13%

Payment can be made via bank transfer, cheque/check or by credit card which incurs

a charge of 4.5%

Rates are per week for the villa and include utilites and end of stay cleaning

A booking deposit of £150 / $200 per week is required to secure the booking.

A refundable security deposit of £250 / $300 is required with the balance payment

balance payment is due 10 weeks before arrival date.

No smoking and no pets allowed

A minimum rental period applies to holiday season dates
