Lindfields is a wonderful well-established community in the heart of the attractions area, yet quiet enough to enjoy those relaxing hours soaking up the sunshine by your private pool. Lindfields is only 4 miles from Disney Main Gates and so well positioned for Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, MGM and all Universal Theme Parks. There is a very useful shorcut into the Disney area cutting out huge amounts of traffic. It is so close that you can enjoy the parks in the morning, come back to Villa Velvet for a relaxed lunch and swim in the pool and then head back to the parks.
Situated on the 192 on the West side of Kissimmee it's easily accessible from Orlando, Sanford and Tampa Airports. Easy access to the Interstate brings Gulf and Atlantic Coast beaches to around one hour's drive.
With its quiet surroundings and mature landscaping, it is a truly relaxing area to take a holiday, there are both residential and holiday rental homes.
The new super Wal*Mart is less than 5 minutes away and 2 Publix supermarkets are even nearer. Many restaurants such as TGI Fridays, Pizza Hut, Red Lobster, Outback Restaurant, Ponderosa, Shoneys, Dennys, Sizzler and MacDonalds all within a couple of miles.
